Life coaching

Andrew provides complete business and personal life coaching.

Some say contemporary life coaching has its origins in the 1980s, with Thomas Leonard, an American financial planner, although others attribute the broader modern personal development movement’s origins to Napoleon Hill with his iconic and ground-breaking best-seller Think and Grow Rich, (1937) based on research and interviews with over 500 American millionaires. Of course the origins of personal development go way further back, at least to Vedic, Greek and Christian philosophy/theology. The modern personal development landscape has since developed massively, its most famous protagonists being figures such as Tony Robbins, Brian Tracy and Raymond Arron.

Life coaching involves regular sessions with a coach, who questions and grows to identify and understand a person’s values, issues and goals, then assists in providing further questions and strategies to overcome those issues and transform a person’s life and/or business, so they may achieve their highest potential. Many elite athletes, business leaders and other professionals regard coaching as an essential element in their success. Life coaching isn’t just about celebrity or career development though. At its heart, it’s about developing your life or business as you envision it.

The good news is: even a single session with a coach can be hugely transformative in understanding your goals and achieving success; a single session with Andrew is absolutely free. Coaching is very different but complementary to mentoring, counselling and therapy; we can explain that further and much more in person.

During an initial session, we can see whether we ‘click’ and wish to work together further.

I am trained, certified and accredited to CEPC (Certified Elite Performance) Life Coach standards.
